Brenda is a pleasure to work with. She is knowledgeable and can customize to your needs. She is my “go to” gal when I want to talk or need some advice. I have participated in fitness, yoga, nutrition, and organic gardening classes as well as mindfulness coaching with Brenda. Through these classes, I’ve learned to make even better choices that have enhanced my life and my health, increased my awareness and inspired me to keep learning and improving.
I sometimes suffer from anxiety and have a hard time sleeping. Brenda talked with me about how I was feeling and then taught me how certain herbs can really help with both my anxiety and sleeping troubles. We discussed herbal teas and I was amazed at how I felt instantly calmer. I use this gentle tea on a regular basis and am always amazed by the results.
Brenda’s approach has kept me on track with my healthy lifestyle journey. She started with reviewing my medical information. I was amazed that within 24 hours, she had completed her research and provided a three-week plan. It allowed for me to develop my taste for the foods that are critical in maintaining a healthy diet. By slowly introducing these items, it has helped me to replace items that were detrimental to my diet. For example, maintaining a dairy free diet has been the most challenging. With Brenda’s assistance, I no longer crave cheese. She suggested a cheese substitute, which satisfies the creamy flavor I have been looking for in a substitute. She provided several recipes considering all my allergies and medical conditions, which I can honestly say has been working. Another valuable accomplishment is tracking my calorie intake while documenting my mood/feelings. After doing this for a week, I realized I was getting migraines from having dairy.
